Small Cleanouts & Buyouts

Help sorting, removing, repurposing, reselling, and donating unwanted belongings.

T&C Ventures helps local customers clear useful space through small cleanouts and buyouts in Lake Saint Louis and the surrounding area. We focus on projects where items can be sorted, evaluated, reused, donated, resold, or responsibly discarded.

Accepted Project Types

We can help with garages, basements, storage units, sheds, moving and downsizing cleanouts, and estate-related sorting. We can help remove items for moving or downsizing, but we do not provide moving services.

Project Size

We typically take on the equivalent of 1 room at a time. Larger projects may be possible by scheduling multiple visits.

Service Area

Cleanout and buyout services are available within roughly a 25 mile radius of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.

How Buyouts and Cleanouts Work

Every project is case-by-case. Our default viewpoint is that the customer wants to declutter. We help by taking away items the customer wants to remove, then deciding what can be donated, what should be discarded, and what may be worth selling.

If a customer has an item they believe is especially valuable but still wants to part with it, we may agree to a consignment plan. If we evaluate a project and do not see enough resale potential to make the removal worthwhile, we may need to agree on a cleanout charge before moving forward.

Items of Interest

We are open to many useful, vintage, collectible, household, and resaleable items except for the exclusions listed below. Customers do not need to sort everything first. Helping identify what is worth keeping, selling, donating, or discarding is a key part of the service.

What We Do Not Accept

We do not accept hazardous materials, mattresses, large furniture, full-house cleanouts, appliances, or trash-only jobs.

Donation and Disposal

T&C Ventures decides what gets donated and what gets discarded after items are removed. We are open with customers about this process and aim to donate usable items to worthy causes when appropriate.
