T&C Ventures is a family owned small business serving Lake Saint Louis and the surrounding St. Charles County area. We help customers preserve family memories, clear useful space, and give items a practical next life through resale, reuse, and donation when appropriate.
Why T&C Ventures Exists
Our work grew naturally from online resale experience, cleanout projects, and digital preservation services. The same skills that help us evaluate, organize, and sell items online also help customers make practical decisions about belongings they no longer need.
Resale Experience You Can Build On
We bring more than 20 years of eBay experience to T&C Ventures and operate as a Top Rated Seller on eBay. That resale background helps us identify items with resale potential, prepare listings, and move useful items to buyers who are looking for them.
Digital Preservation With Clear Expectations
We have 3 years of media handling experience and currently support VHS, VHS-C, 8mm film, Super 8 film, and photographic slides. We confirm project details before work begins, handle originals carefully, and clearly explain known limitations, including that current 8mm and Super 8 film digitization does not include sound.
Small Cleanouts, Buyouts, and Donation
We have 2 years of cleanout and buyout experience. Our cleanout work focuses on smaller projects where items can be sorted, evaluated, resold, repurposed, or donated to worthy causes when appropriate. We do not accept hazardous materials, mattresses, large furniture, full-house cleanouts, appliances, or trash-only jobs.
How We Work

- We handle original media and customer belongings carefully.

What Customers Say
T&C Ventures was such a pleasure to work with! They were able to preserve all of my family's old videos to great quality digital. Some of these videos were up to 50 years old! We would highly recommend and use them again.
I had a box of 8mm reels from my father. They spanned from his own wedding through my childhood. I also had the projector and screen but it always seemed to be too big a hurdle to figure out how to set it all up. Additionally, I feared that some of the tape may be fragile and that I would damage it. My father had each reel numbered and a list detailing what was on each reel. T&C took care to name each digital file to match. They edited to remove any extended blank periods and returned beautiful, high quality digital media. It was so wonderful to see my grandparents who have long been deceased. I highly recommend their services!!!
We have had a great experience with T&C Ventures! As we are preparing to move, we are purging and decluttering. It has been so convenient to have T&C Ventures come to our home to get our items, but knowing they are going to charity and benefiting others in need is the best! Christy is so accommodating and has been great to work with. I highly recommend working with T&C Ventures.
